Untreadable is the extension of TF Empires, extending the rewards fulfillment period to years. Untreadable is an innovative stretch on typical crowdfunding. With Untreadable, not only do founders and creators have the unique flexibility and customization of TF Empires’ tailored rewards-based crowdfunding, but additionally, they can request their projects (and rewards) to be “Untreadable.” Untreadable is going the extra stretch, the extra mile to make those incredible dreams a reality.
Untreadable is different from typical rewards-based crowdfunding for the fact that founders have a total of 5 years to fulfill their backers benefits: 1 year to develop the project into reality, and 4 years to fulfill the rewards (usually fulfillment is done quarterly or semi-annually).
For instance, if an Untreadable ranch project has been successfully funded, the rancher has 1 year to set up his ranch and 4 years to fulfill all of the benefits to his backers. In this example, the backers could pay a sum upfront, e.g., $1,000, and in return, they could receive $1,200-worth of produce over the span of the next 4 years, at $300 annually. Each quarter every year they would receive $75 worth of farm-fresh produce from the rancher.
Untreadable presents added benefits over standard crowdfunding for both the founders and the backers. Founders benefit in that they are making the impossible, possible through obtaining greater funding up front (typically 4 times what they would otherwise), and backers benefit in that they receive their rewards over an extended period of time, such as farm-fresh produce from the previous example, with the added peace-of-mind that they have secured food for their families for the next 4 years. And everyone benefits from the knowledge that they are helping make the impossible possible, and this transforms the incredible into the UNTREADABLE!
When you create and submit a TF Empires project for approval, you can apply to have your project be classified as “Untreadable.” All of TF Empires Untreadable Projects and benefits will also be featured on Untreadable.com. Backers will still back all projects through TF Empires as they cannot back the project through Untreadable’s website. Once an Untreadable project is successful, it will be recognized as an Untreadable Success on Untreadable’s website.
